A Note on Monthly Services

Monthly managed IT services — network monitoring, helpdesk support, M365 administration, website care — are tailored to each organization. Scope, number of devices, and staffing levels vary too much for a published rate to be useful.

What we can tell you: our parish clients have been with us for years, and none of them have experienced a surprise on their invoice. We set a scope, agree on a rate, and stick to it.

If you want to understand what ongoing support might look like for your organization, the IT Assessment is the right starting point. It’s free, it’s honest, and it gives us both the information we need to have a real conversation.

How We Price Projects

Every project is scoped in writing before work begins. The estimate includes:

  • Labor (hours × rate, stated clearly)
  • Equipment (at cost, itemized)
  • Any subcontractor work (cabling, electrical) listed separately
  • A defined scope — what’s included and what would trigger a change order

We don’t do vague estimates. If a project turns out to be more complex than expected, we tell you before we proceed — not after.

Nonprofit & Parish Pricing

We’ve served Catholic parishes and nonprofits for over a decade. We understand that budgets are tight and that stewardship matters. Our rates are set to reflect the value of the work, not to extract maximum margin from organizations doing good work on limited resources.

For organizations that qualify, we apply a courtesy discount to labor. We’ll tell you upfront what that looks like for your project.
