Our Work

No client names, no stock photos. Just the work.

We’ve supported Catholic parishes, nonprofits, and small organizations across Los Angeles since 2014. Every project on this page was handled by Daniel Chavez directly. Client names are kept private unless we have explicit permission to share them — what we can share is the work itself. Here are six recent engagements.

A three-building parish campus, one network

A parish office, school, and hall that had grown three separate tangles of equipment now run as one professionally managed campus: enterprise Wi-Fi that reaches every classroom, structured wiring, managed switches, and cameras the staff can actually use. One partner, one call, the whole score.

A parish file server, recovered — then protected

When a parish’s file server failed, we recovered the records, rebuilt the server, and — the part that matters most — put a verified off-site backup in place that is checked every day, automatically. Recovery is a good story; never needing another one is the goal. That protection standard is now our baseline for every managed parish.

A whole parish website renewed in one day

Twenty-four pages rebuilt in a fresh design language, navigation simplified from twenty menu items to seven, a bulletin archive of hundreds of issues preserved, and the weekly bulletin now publishing automatically — all with zero downtime, and every original page kept recoverable. Mass times, ministries, and a decade of parish history didn’t move; only the vessel was renewed. A later pass handed the office staff publish power of their own: announcements and Mass times editable in protected page regions, while the automated bulletin machinery stays safely out of reach.

A parish site families can actually use

Another parish’s site got the same renewal treatment in a single evening: registration forms parents can submit from a phone, a parish calendar that works for the first time in months, a searchable bulletin archive, and pages in English, Spanish, and Tagalog. The office staff got simple update procedures, not a dependency.

A beloved local restaurant, rescued the same day

A family restaurant’s website had been silently taken over by a domain squatter. In one day we diagnosed it, recovered their photos and menus from web archives, and had a clean rebuilt site staged and ready. Small businesses get the same care our parishes do.

Parish AV & livestreaming

From Sunday Mass to funerals and feast days, we’ve built and run livestream setups that let a homebound parishioner — or family across the country — be present: cameras, audio, streaming, a printed “scan to watch” card in the pews, and a run-of-show so the day itself goes smoothly.

We’re glad to walk through work relevant to your campus in conversation — with client permission, we can often make an introduction so you can hear it from the parish itself.
