Managed IT Partnership

Most of our parish and nonprofit partners don’t need another vendor — they need one steady technology partner in place of a full-time IT hire, for a predictable monthly cost instead of a surprise invoice every time something breaks.

A managed partnership covers the three areas on every campus: Administration (servers, records, church-management and finance software, everyday staff support, vendor coordination), Infrastructure (network, Wi-Fi, printers, cameras, building-to-building links), and Cybersecurity & Records Protection (managed firewall, family-safe content filtering, verified off-site backup monitored daily, access safeguards).

Every agreement includes a plain-language quarterly IT snapshot and security scorecard — proof the protection is working, written for a finance council, not for engineers. Day-to-day questions and short fixes are simply part of the agreement. Larger projects are always estimated and approved before work begins, and priced in writing — grant- and fundraising-ready when your projects depend on donors.
