Every service below can be a project. Most clients hold them inside a managed partnership, where they are simply handled.
Managed Technology Partnership. One provider, one monthly agreement, all four areas covered: administration, infrastructure, protection, communications. Includes response to everyday requests, patching and monitoring, vendor coordination, and a quarterly plain-language report.
Networks and Wi-Fi. Enterprise networks for campuses of one building or eight. Structured cabling, fiber between buildings, professionally documented.
Protection. Security cameras, network hardening, content filtering for catechetical classrooms and offices, verified backups, Microsoft 365 security baselines.
Microsoft 365 and cloud. Migration, administration, nonprofit licensing done correctly.
Websites and digital ministry. Parish and ministry websites built on a kit we maintain, weekly bulletin publishing, site rescues and staged rebuilds, ongoing web care. We call the renewal program Aggiornamento.
Sanctuary AV and livestreaming. Projection systems, sound reinforcement, and livestreamed Masses, funerals, and events, with a run-of-show and a person at the controls.
The parish office that never closes
A parish website is the office that never closes. At midnight someone is looking up the Mass schedule, a baptism requirement, or the date of the next retreat, and they act on whatever they find.
The large platform vendors serve thousands of parishes from one template and one support queue. That arrangement keeps a site online. It does not know that the Saturday Vigil moved, that the office changed its hours, or that the confirmation form should reach the catechist rather than the front desk.
We start from the requests that come in. Forms, emails, and messages go to the person who answers them. The bulletin is published to the site every week. When the office tells us something has changed, the site changes that week, and we check it against the bulletin so the two agree.
People who show up, register, or give because of what the site says can trust that it is current. Most of a parish website’s job is earning that trust.
